We are currently recruiting for Maintenance and Repair Technician at our Sofia office. The Maintenance and Repair Technician's role is  to resolve of technical problems related to the company products.

The ideal candidate will have excellent practical knowledge and practical skills for repairing various types of electronic and electrical equipment.

What You'll Be Doing:

🔹 Provide technical support for the company’s customers and distributors.
🔹 Participate in the overall process of implementing warranty and out-of-warranty after-sales and maintenance support of the company’s customers and distributors.
🔹 Perform diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical problems.
🔹 Document the work performed repairs in a timely manner.                                              🔹 Collect information about most frequent problems that are impacting customers/ distributors and report them to optimize and improve company’s products.
🔹 Perform maintenance and repairs of the machines according to the prescriptions, instructions and established quality standards.
🔹 Compile strictly with the company’s quality standards and requirements. Actively cooperate with and supporting the Quality Assurance department.                                
🔹 Prepare regular and ad hock reports and conducting analysis using company data.
🔹 Perform other assigned and related activities and tasks related to the department's activities, as well as other lawful orders of the employer.                   

Your skills and experience

Essential:

🔹Secondary technical education with a degree in electronics and/or electrical engineering.

🔹1+ year of professional experience in a similar role.

🔹Excellent practical knowledge and practical skills for repairing various types of electronic and electrical equipment.

🔹Skills for diagnosing and fixing basic technical problems.

🔹Microsoft office.

Desirable:

🔹University Degree in electronics and/or electrical engineering.

🔹Intermediate level of verbal and written English
