We are currently recruiting for Junior Service Administrator at our Sofia office. The Junior Service Administrator will will assist in organizing service-related activities by handling administrative duties, maintaining records, and assisting with client and team communications. This entry-level role focuses on administrative efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You'll:
🔹 Create and follow up on Quotations/Orders for spare parts for customers and Sinclair companies.
🔹 Liaise with customers regarding quotations, order processing, and payment coordination.
🔹 Communicate with the customers regarding ready orders and coordinate transport arrangements.
🔹 Prepare repair quotations and ensure clear communication with customers regarding pricing and service details.
🔹 Prepare pickings for sales orders.
🔹Organize with the Warehouse Operators the pickup of spare parts orders and repaired equipment.
🔹 Issue invoices for spare parts orders and repair services.
🔹 Prepare repair quotations and ensure clear communication with customers regarding pricing and service details.
🔹 Prepare pickings for sales orders.
🔹Organize with the Warehouse Operators the pickup of spare parts orders and repaired equipment.
🔹 Issue invoices for spare parts orders and repair services.
🔹Prepare the Intrastat for the Service (repairs and sales orders) shipments for the month.
🔹Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
🔹Participates in the inventory processes of the warehouse.
🔹Assist in preparing reports on service department activities and customer feedback.
🔹Performs also other job duties stemming from the role or ordered by the line manager.
Your skills and experience
Essential:
🔹High school diploma.
🔹Fluent English – both written and spoken.
🔹Computer literacy: excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
🔹Experience with ERP.
🔹
Desirable:
🔹University Degree – technical, economical or related specialty.
🔹Previous experience in a similar position.
🔹Experience with SAP.
