We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our Germany team. As our Account Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of sales targets and individually set objectives in the defined geographical territory. This includes responsibility for all sales activities, from lead generation through to close and training customers alongside the clinical trainer where necessary on all products within the Sinclair Energy Base Devices (EBD) portfolio. The position involves working closely with the marketing team implementing marketing strategies to expand the customer base, achieve customer satisfaction, and generate increased revenue in line with Sinclair’s’ vision and values
Location: Field based role, to cover Munich / Stuttgart or Hamburg / Hannover

What You Will Be Doing:
- Plan and carry out the sales and lead generation of the Sinclair Germany energy based devices portfolio to aesthetic practitioners in order to achieve regional sales objectives.
- Work alongside the EBD clinical trainer to provide product training for the safe and proper use of the EBD portfolio, within or outside the territory.
- Attend exhibitions/meetings pertinent to the various treatment applications of Sinclair EBD portfolio of products;
- To create and maintain quality professional relationships with all customers within the territory.
- To develop business plans, sales pipeline and an account management approach that will ensure growth of sales within the territory.
- Responsible for the sale of devices into the EBD, with a focus on ensuring the quarterly and yearly revenue targets are achieved.
- Analyse sales data to develop a regional business plan, detailing activities for the accounting year.
- Develops a database of qualified leads through a variety of different methods.
- Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and high levels of customer service.
- Works with all individuals of influence within accounts/ clinics ensuring product impact.
- Sell consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects/ clients of the various product solutions the company offers.
- Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in company and competitor products.
- Shows a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
- Utilise business tools effectively in call e.g. Sinclair collage, digital, PR.
- Identifies, develops and supports long term strategic partnership with key customers.
- Able to provide product presentations and workshops and its first point of contact for clients.
- Maintains efficient time management skills ensuring maximum customer contacts.
- Able to help in the co-ordination and running of training days.
- Act as company ambassador, promoting products at marketing events and exhibitions. Keeps track of and follows-up the sales opportunities from trade shows and similar events.

Your skills and experience
Essential:
- Minimum of 2 years previous Energy Based Devices B2B field sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets (preferably within the healthcare / aesthetics industry)
- Extensive experience in all aspects of maintaining business relationships and account management
- Good knowledge of CRM, Account planning, and/or consulting experience
- Fluent German and good English.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of German Aesthetics market place.
- P&L fundamentales.
