Sinclair Poland is Hiring! Join Our Team as a Key Account Manager
We are currently recruiting for Key Account Manager to join our team in Poland.
As Key Account Manager you are responsible for the delivery of sales targets and individually set objectives in the defined geographical territory. This includes responsibility for all sales activities, from lead generation through to close and training customers where necessary on all products within the Sinclair Pharmaceuticals Aesthetic portfolio. The position involves working closely with the marketing team implementing marketing strategies to expand the customer base, achieve customer satisfaction, and generate increased revenue in line with Sinclair’s’ vision and values.
Hours of work: 40, field based role covering Gdansk.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Plan and carry out the sales and promotion of the Sinclair Aesthetic portfolio to Physicians in order to achieve regional sales objectives;
- Provide Physician training (workshops) for the proper use of the SinclairAesthetic portfolio, within or outside the territory;
- Attend medical exhibitions/meetings pertinent to the various treatment applications of Sinclair Aesthetic portfolio of products;
- To create and maintain quality professional relationships with all customers within the Territory;
- To develop business plans and a Key Account Management approach that will ensure growth of sales within the territory;
- Such other duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require
Your skills and experience
Essential:
- This position requires a minimum of 2 years previous field sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets within the aesthetics industry.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of maintaining business relationships
- Driving licence is required
- Polish native, communicative English
- Knowledge of Aesthetics market place
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Preferably based in Gdansk, Poland
