We are currently recruiting for Administrative assistant at our Israel office. The Administrative assistant will organize and coordinate office operations and procedures. This role is key to creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and facility safety. The administrative assistant will support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, and serve as the central point of contact for employees, vendors, and service providers, along with assistance to the head of EBD manufacturing
The ideal candidate will have bachelor’s degree, and high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers, including cleaning company and facility safety requirements.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, meeting summary for the head of EBD manufacturing.
- Handle internal and external communication, including correspondence and phone calls
- Monitor invoices, and petty cash
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organized
- IT onboarding for new employees.
- Assist management with special projects and operational tasks as needed
Your skills and experience
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Discretion with confidential information
- Fluent English
- Experience working with Priority
Desirable:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, particularly in emergencies.
- Familiarity with Israel workplace health and safety laws and regulations.
- Crisis management skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
