Sinclair is Hiring! Join Our Team as National Sales Manager
We are currently recruiting for National Sales Manager at our Italy office. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for our Injectables business across Italy.
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic National Sales Manager to lead our injectables aesthetics business across Italy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the aesthetics industry, specifically with injectables. This role is responsible for developing and executing national sales strategies, managing a high-performance sales team, and driving revenue growth in alignment with business objectives. The role will utilise experience of territory management, sales force leadership and business development to efficiently manage sales growth, account development and promote synergy of sales effectiveness in line with the sales strategy.
Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Implement a national sales strategy for the injectables portfolio in line with overall business goals.
- Set ambitious but realistic targets for regional sales teams and ensure achievement of national revenue objectives.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
Business Development
- Identify and build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), aesthetic practitioners, clinics, and distribution/agency partners.
- Support high-value accounts and strategic customers with tailored sales and partnership approaches.
- Collaborate with marketing and regulatory affairs teams to ensure alignment in messaging, education, and brand positioning.
Operational Excellence
- Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reporting in coordination with finance and supply chain teams.
- Ensure CRM tools and data tracking are used effectively for sales analytics, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Maintain full compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5- 7 years of experience in sales within the aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry, with at least 3 years in a national or senior sales management role.
- Deep knowledge of injectables aesthetics (fillers, toxins, etc.)
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel nationwide as required (up to 50%)
- Proven and successful experience in implementing change in processes that lead to improvement of the sales performance of a business.
- Must understand the sales process/ negotiation skills and the importance of applying sales principles into each business opportunity.
- Practical business acumen - numerate and commercially driven with the ability to analyse complex data and information from multiple sources, translating the findings into actionable messages and deliverables.
- Experience in the use of CRM platforms.
- Positive attitude and passion for working within the aesthetic field
