Sinclair is Hiring! Join Our Team as Account Manager, Injectables
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager / Sales Representative to join our growing injectables aesthetics business in France, covering the South-West territory. The ideal candidate will be based near Toulouse, have a solid track record in medical aesthetics sales, and be fluent in both French and English. This role is responsible for driving territory growth, building strong relationships with aesthetic clinics and practitioners, and achieving sales targets through a consultative and education-based approach.
What You'll Be Doing:
Sales & Business Development:
Promote and sell the company’s injectables portfolio (e.g., dermal fillers, toxins) to aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other key customers.
Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across the South-West region.
Achieve and exceed territory sales targets and KPIs.
Account Management:
Develop strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
Provide training, support, and product education to healthcare professionals and clinic staff.
Plan and execute territory visits, customer meetings, and product demonstrations.
Market Intelligence :
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing and medical teams to execute local events, workshops, and congress participation.
Reporting & Compliance:
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, including visit reports, sales tracking, and customer data.
Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Provide regular updates to management on territory performance and challenges
Your skills and experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical aesthetics, ideally within injectables.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Fluent in French and English – both written and spoken.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong commercial acumen with a customer-centric approach.
Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within the assigned region.
Experience working with aesthetic doctors, nurses, or plastic surgeons.
Knowledge of the aesthetics market in the South-West of France.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales tools.
