We are currently recruiting for Demand Planner at Almere, Netherlands. The  Demand Planner will play an integral role with responsibility for ensuring that all sales forecasts are based on reliable information and rigorous analyses, including commercial uncertainty analyses, and that forecasts are aligned. The demand manager will also be responsible for the preparation of demand plans and related deliverables for all brand areas, focusing on continuously improving the demand forecasting process for realistic, transparent data to enable informed decision making. They need to liaise directly with in-house manufacturing sites to ensure that the supply chain/customer service team is processing customer orders in line with agreed KPIs. 

The ideal candidate will have the experience on:

• Written and verbal communication time in full delivery of customer orders in line with forecasts and agreed KPIs.

Hours of work: 40 per week

What You'll Be Doing:

🔹Maintain and provide suppliers/manufacturing sites with a consolidated rolling 12 month demand forecast by SKU monthly.

🔹Attend customer collaborative meetings when required to build accurate forecast data and improve relationships and ways of working as required and in conjunction with commercial teams.

🔹Monitor sales performance against forecast and take corrective actions to deliver forecast accuracy targets.

🔹Ensure exception alerts to supply are actioned and dealt with in a timely manner.

🔹Assist on time in full delivery of customer orders in line with forecasts and agreed KPIs.
