We are currently recruiting for Account Manager to cover NRW, Nord & Bayern.
The Account Manager will be responsible for the delivery of sales targets and individually set objectives in the defined geographical territory. We are looking for candidates who could cover NRW, Nord and Bayern. This includes responsibility for all sales activities, driving sales growth, market penetration, and customer excellence within the assigned territory.
This role focuses on building long-term partnerships with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and key opinion leaders, while executing commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.

What You Will Be Doing:
Commercial & Sales Performance
Plan and carry out the sales and lead generation of the Sinclair Germany injectables portfolio to aesthetic practitioners in order to achieve regional sales objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
Drive portfolio growth through cross-selling and upselling initiatives
Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
Maintain deep knowledge of the local market, competitor activity, and customer needs
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights
Ensure CRM & reporting of sales is updated accurately and in a timely manner
KOL & Customer Management
Build strong, trusted relationships with key customers including dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and clinic owners
Attend exhibitions/meetings pertinent to the various treatment applications of Sinclair injectables portfolio of products.
To create and maintain quality professional relationships with all customers within the territory.
Support workshops, masterclasses, and in-clinic demonstrations.
There may by other duties requested by management from time to time.
Your skills and experience
Essential:
Minimum of 2 years previous aesthetics/ dermatology field sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets (preferably within the aesthetics industry)
Knowledge of German Aesthetics market place
Extensive experience in all aspects of maintaining business relationships and account management
Completed training in the commercial field or studies.
Good knowledge of CRM, Account planning.
Fluent in German and good English.

Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and high levels of customer service.
Works with all individuals of influence within accounts/ clinics ensuring product impact.
Sell consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects/ clients of the various product solutions the company offers.
Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in company and competitor products.
Shows a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
Utilise business tools effectively in call e.g. Sinclair collage, digital, PR.
Identifies, develops and supports long term strategic partnership with key customers.
Able to provide product presentations and workshops and its first point of contact for clients.
Maintains efficient time management skills ensuring maximum customer contacts.
Able to help in the co-ordination and running of training days.
Act as company ambassador, promoting products at marketing events and exhibitions. Keeps track of and follows-up the sales opportunities from trade shows and similar events.
