We are currently recruiting for Junior Operator Final Packaging at our Almere office in the Netherlands. The Junior Operator Final Packaging is responsible for supporting daily production activities, including final packaging, picking, and visual inspection of medical products. In this role, you ensure that processes are executed accurately and in full compliance with GMP and quality standards. You maintain proper documentation, monitor output, and promptly report any deviations or non-conformities to the Specialist or Supervisor. Working in a clean, structured, and regulated environment, you play a key role in delivering high-quality medical products to the global market while collaborating closely with a dedicated and supportive operations team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a production or manufacturing environment and is comfortable operating within structured processes and quality standards. You are detail oriented, quality minded, and able to work accurately in a regulated setting. You communicate clearly in English and/ or Dutch and are a reliable team player who takes ownership of their responsibilities. Experience in a GMP, ISO, or similar regulated environment is a strong advantage, as is the willingness to learn, follow procedures, and continuously improve your skills.

What You'll Be Doing:
Execute final packaging, picking, and visual inspection activities within the production process
Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with GMP and quality standards
Accurately complete and maintain production and batch documentation
Monitor process performance and ensure standard output is achieved
Identify and immediately report deviations or non-conformities to the Specialist or Supervisor
Take responsibility for assigned processes and support smooth daily operations
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency
Your skills and experience
Essential:
Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
Ability to read, speak, and write in English and/or Dutch
Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
Ability to work accurately and in a structured manner
Desirable:
* Experience working in a GMP, ISO, or similarly regulated environment
Experience in training or coaching operators
Familiarity with documented production processes and quality systems
