Duration: 6-12 months (Long-term Leave cover)
We are currently recruiting for HR Advisor at our Almere office in the Netherlands.
The ideal candidate will play a dual-focused role, providing hands-on HR support to the Almere site while also acting as a key operational and analytical support to the Global HR team.
The role is split approximately 50% site HR support and 50% global HR operations and administration.

What You'll Be Doing:
1. Almere Site HR Support (Approx. 50%)
Act as the primary HR point of contact for the Almere site.
Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, probation management, contract administration, and offboarding.
Coordinate local onboarding programs and site inductions.
Maintain accurate employee records in line with local legislation and company policies.
Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and line managers.
Support employee relations matters and escalate complex cases as appropriate.
Coordinate and facilitate site-level training and development activities.
Support engagement initiatives and HR communications at site level.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and audit requirements.
2. Global HR Operations & Administration (Approx. 50%)
Maintain and update global HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy.
Support global recruitment administration including job postings, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
Prepare HR documentation, templates, and process guidelines.
Produce headcount tracking, HR KPIs, and workforce reports.
Support HR analytics and data-driven decision making.
Assist with the rollout of global HR projects and initiatives.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
Provide operational support to senior HR team members as required.
