We are currently recruiting for Senior Manager Medical Affairs at our Sao Paolo office in Brazil.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for our Injectables aesthetics business.
This role will report to our Brazil Country Lead with a dotted report line to the Global Medical Affairs.

Brazil (SĂŁo Paulo preferred; hybrid/field-based with national travel)
The Senior Manager, Medical Affairs – Brazil is responsible for leading and executing the local medical strategy for the injectable aesthetic portfolio. This includes medical leadership for two promoted products and governance and rollout of a new or updated injectable protocol. The role ensures scientific excellence, compliant medical engagement, strong KOL partnerships, and effective cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, and Market Access teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Brazil Medical Plan aligned with global strategy and country business priorities.
Provide medical input into brand plans, ensuring all claims and materials are evidence-based and compliant.
Lead medical governance and adaptation of new injectable protocols, including scientific rationale, safety considerations, and training framework.
Establish version control and structured review processes for protocol updates.
Build and manage strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), anaesthesiologists, and relevant specialists.
Lead advisory boards, expert meetings, and scientific exchange activities.
Design and deliver high-quality medical education for internal teams and healthcare professionals.
Ensure full compliance with Brazilian regulations and internal policies, including pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting.
Partner cross-functionally with Regulatory (including ANVISA requirements), Quality, Commercial, and Market Access.
Provide timely and scientifically robust responses to medical inquiries.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Advanced scientific or clinical degree (MD, PharmD, MSc, or PhD preferred).
Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical, or Scientific roles within injectables, anaesthesia, hospital products, or specialty pharma.
Strong experience supporting product launches and lifecycle management.
Demonstrated expertise in KOL engagement and medical education program development.
Solid understanding of pharmacovigilance and compliance requirements in Brazil.
Fluent Portuguese and strong English proficiency.
Success Measures (KPIs)
Effective delivery of Brazil Medical Plan and launch readiness milestones.
Successful rollout and adoption of new injectable protocol.
Strong KOL engagement and quality scientific exchange.
Full compliance with PV and regulatory standards.
High-quality cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder satisfaction
