We are currently recruiting for Specialist Production Visual Inspection at Almere. The Specialist Production Visual Inspection will have the responsibility for proper execution of the process and train coworkers in the various steps of the process, including addressing improper behavior or process execution. Communicate any deviation or non-conformity directly to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Production environment while working in GMP, ISO, or equivalent environment while training and coaching operators.

What You'll Be Doing:

🔹 Is responsible for the proper execution of the process.

🔹Train coworkers in the various steps of the process.

🔹Support coworkers in the case of improper behavior or process execution

🔹Communicating any deviation or non-conformity directly to the Supervisor (or Production Manager when the Supervisor is not available)

🔹Create a high level of GMP awareness and demonstrate GMP skills in documentation

🔹Keep the level of performance high, and share with others

Main Tasks:

• Perform all tasks belonging to Supervisor

• Takes control in a process

• Can guarantee the standard output and report on the progress

Authorizations:

Sign as the second operator after primary training (checking Batch Records)

Your skills and experience

Essential:

🔹Experience in working in an Production department.

🔹Able to speak, read and write English

Desirable:

🔹Preferably experience in working in GMP, ISO, or equivalent environment.

🔹Experience in training and coaching operators

🔹Preferably Dutch speaking, reading and writing)
