We are currently recruiting for Country Head - Mexico. The Country Head - Mexico will be responsible for leading, developing, and executing the country’s commercial and operational strategy to deliver sustainable growth, profitability, and market expansion for the aesthetics business.
This role ensures strong cross-functional leadership, drives customer engagement excellence, fosters high-performing teams, maintains full P&L accountability, and ensures compliance with all local and regional regulations and Sinclair policies.

What You'll Be Doing:
Business Leadership & Strategy
Develop and implement the Mexico business strategy aligned with Sinclair global objectives for both the business.
Lead annual country planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, and areas for growth to maximize business performance.
Ensure robust pipeline and portfolio visibility; partner with regional stakeholders on resource allocation.
Commercial Excellence
Lead Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
Oversee go-to-market strategies, customer engagement plans, and KOL
Ensure strong forecast accuracy, demand planning, and commercial governance.
Drive excellence in execution of product launches and promotional activities.
Represent the Mexico business in regional leadership forums.
Act as the main point of contact for government bodies, industry associations, distributors, and key customers.
Strengthen partnerships with KOLs, healthcare providers, and strategic accounts.
P&L and Operational Excellence Management
Manage full country P&L including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Ensure cost optimization, financial discipline, and accurate reporting.
Maintain strong relationships with Finance team to monitor performance and address variances.
Oversee country office operations including customer service, supply chain, and logistics.
Ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and continuous workflow improvement.
Lead business continuity planning and crisis management.
People Leadership
Build, inspire, and retain high-performing teams across sales, marketing, and operations.
Provide coaching, feedback, and career development pathways for team members.
Ensure succession planning for critical roles.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure all business activities comply with Mexico laws, industry standards, and internal policies.
Maintain effective risk management and controls across all functions.
Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, and Compliance to ensure robust operational governance.
Your skills and experience
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in commercial, sales, or general management roles.
Strong knowledge of the Mexico market.
Proven success in leading teams, driving results, and managing P&L.
Demonstrated capability in strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional leadership.
Desirable:
Experience in medical devices and/or aesthetics/Beauty industry.
Experience in M&A and/or change management leading transformation
