This role reports to the Regional Senior Manager.
We are looking to hire more than one Country Marketing Manager across our 3 main regions, EMEA, APAC & LATAM.
Location: is flexible across those 3 regions.
Role Overview:
The Country Marketing Manager is responsible for driving centralized strategy execution at the local level, ensuring profit-driven marketing decisions, and building a data-driven feedback loop between the country and regional teams.
This role bridges strategic planning and field execution, delivering strong business performance through market insights, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate will have:
5–8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or aesthetics
Proven track record in campaign execution and market analysis
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Business Analysis and Investment Management
Conduct in-depth country-level business analysis (market opportunities, growth drivers, SKU performance)
Monitor and optimize marketing ROI and expense efficiency
Manage P&L tracking, identify risks, and trigger corrective actions
Develop and implement performance gap improvement plans
2. Market Research & Data Feedback
Monitor competitive landscape (pricing, policies, campaigns)
Analyze clinic performance data to identify underperformance drivers
Gather and synthesize product usage and clinical feedback (pain points, effectiveness)
Generate local market insights (consumer behavior, preferences) to inform regional strategy
Establish a structured feedback loop to regional/global teams
3. Strategy Implementation & Campaign Execution
Execute brand and campaign strategies with strict adherence to guidelines
Lead localized campaign planning and execution (events, trainings, promotions)
Ensure standardization and quality control across all marketing activities
Conduct post-campaign performance analysis (ROI, conversion, impact) and optimize future initiatives
4. KOL Engagement
Identify and develop key opinion leaders (KOLs)
Monitor implementation of centrally driven programs and elevate top-performing accounts
Build and manage regional HCP speaker networks
Oversee sample/consumable management, ensuring compliance, proper usage, and minimizing leakage

What We're Looking For:
Strong analytical and financial acumen

Experience in data-driven decision making
Excellent stakeholder management (internal & external)
Strong understanding of healthcare/aesthetics market dynamics (preferred)

Continuous improvement in marketing ROI and investment efficiency
Generation of high-quality, actionable market insights that influence strategy
Effectiveness of campaign execution, measured by conversion, impact, and scalability
Expansion and engagement of a high-performing KOL network and key accounts
Timely, accurate, and actionable reporting of market data and competitive intelligence
