What You'll Be Doing:

1. Service Engineer(50%):

• Support the technical service of all Sinclair Korea customers.

• Facilitate the process of warranty claims, parts selling and service contracts.

• Plan & execute for the repairing hub in Korea.

• Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans designed to maximize customer relationships and repair processes.

• Manages performance and provides feedback in a timely manner.

• Develop strong relationships with key decision makers at multiple levels.

• Demonstrate thorough understanding with the Sinclair products and of competitive products and positioning.

• Routinely conducts quality control checks to ensure inspections and maintenance is performed as Sinclair’s specifications.

• Responsible for the creation, distribution, and management of all repair work orders ensuring repair/maintenance is prioritized based on scheduled need.

• To ensure the service is performed as the Sinclair specifications.

• To measure and manage KPIs and SLAs and track performance against targets.

• Design, develop, and document departmental processes.

2. Sales Management(50%):

• Exclusive dealer management and communication on how to generate more consumables revenue.

• As a contact point of EBD in Korea to communicate with Global and APAC team on quality issue, and sales & production forecast for EBD business.

• Manage and controls EBD inventory in Korea.

• Supporting sales and marketing activities in necessary condition with Dealer.

Your skills and experience

Essential:

-Over 3 years EBD technical service experience in:

· medical aesthetics

· pharmaceutical/device industry

Desirable:
-Sales experience in healthcare industry

-Fluent in Korean and proficient in English
