We are currently recruiting for Supply Chain Project & Analytics Supervisor at Shanghai/Hong Kong.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supply Chain Projects

• Lead and support global supply chain improvement and transformation projects.

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial, Customer Service, Finance and IT.

• Drive project planning, execution, risk management and stakeholder communication.

• Support ERP, CRM, Power BI and process digitalization initiatives.

Analytics & KPI Dashboard Development

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and supply chain performance reports.

• Build KPI reporting frameworks covering:

  • Forecast Accuracy

  • Inventory Health & Aging

  • Service Level / OTIF

  • Logistics Performance

  • Order-to-Cash Performance

  • Working Capital

• Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to management.

• Prepare regular business review materials and executive reports.

Global Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a key liaison between regional teams across EMEA, APAC and LATAM.

• Coordinate with overseas manufacturing sites, CMOs and suppliers on demand, capacity, inventory and supply plans.

• Facilitate communication between manufacturing, logistics, customer service and commercial teams.

• Support distributor onboarding and global supply chain initiatives.

• Track action items and ensure timely execution.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify process improvement opportunities and control gaps.

• Support supply chain standardization and operational excellence initiatives.

• Promote data-driven decision-making and best practices across the organization.

Your skills and experience

Essential:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• AI capabilities.

• Experience with supply chain systems is a plus.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work across different cultures, regions and time zones.

Desirable:
🔹A Management Trainee or high-potential supply chain professional with 3-5 years of multinational experience, capable of combining data analytics, project management and global stakeholder coordination to drive supply chain improvements and business transformation initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

🔹Bachelor's degree or above.

🔹3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Planning or Business Analytics.

🔹Experience in a multinational company is required.

🔹Management Trainee or Leadership Development Program experience is highly preferred.

🔹Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration is preferred.
